Call-Back Desk plans do not guarantee live answering of every incoming call. Email service uses approved scopes and routine-message procedures; owner decisions remain with the client.
Background screening
Screening reports are produced by third-party providers. Employers retain responsibility for authorization, hiring decisions and applicable employment-law duties.
